Can I cancel my order once it is placed?

Therefore, we allow customers to cancel their orders within a 3-hour window from the time of placement without incurring any penalties. To initiate a cancellation, please send an email to info@lubfun.com with your order ID#, full name, and total purchase amount. We will process your refund once we receive the request within the specified timeline.

NOTED: Once the order is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Once the customer places an order, they will receive a Canada Post tracking number in the next few hours, indicating that their order is ready to be shipped out. Why does LUBFUN not offer discreet billing?
