We strive to expedite the shipping of your order to the best of our ability. Typically, the processing time is same business days, although during holidays and large sales, it may be extended. Please note that delivery estimates are applicable to non-rural addresses, and no deliveries are scheduled for weekends or holidays. It is important to emphasize that LUBFUN does not provide any explicit shipping guarantees, and any delays in delivery after your order has been shipped are beyond our control. At present, we exclusively offer shipping services to destinations within Canada.
  • For customers residing in Lower Mainland in BC, the product is expected to arrive within 3 business days.
  • For customers residing in British Columbia but outside the Lower Mainland, the product is expected to arrive within 4 business days.
  • For customers residing in Alberta, the product is expected to arrive in 5 business days. 
  • For customers residing in Saskatchewan, the product is expected to arrive in 5-6 business days. 
  • For customers residing in Manitoba, the product is expected to arrive in 5-6 business days. 
  • For customers residing in Ontario, the product is expected to arrive in 6-7 business days. 
  • For customers residing in Quebec, the product is expected arrive in 7-8 business days. 
  • For customers residing in the Maritimes, the product is expected to arrive in 7-9 business days.

Please take into consideration that during peak sales periods (such as Valentine's Day, Black Friday, Boxing Week, Anniversary sales, and specific flash sales), along with adverse weather conditions and holidays, shipping couriers may experience delays in delivering orders.

Delivery Time & Charges

The projected delivery time is meticulously calculated; however, it is important to clarify that it is not to be construed as a binding promise or guarantee. These estimations pertain to the period following the processing and pick-up of the order by the courier. Typically, processing is usually same- business days, but during holidays and significant sales events, this time frame might be extended.
Shipping fees will be automatically calculated during the checkout process, and they will be based on your specified location. For orders totaling $69.00 or more, free shipping will be provided within Canada. However, orders below $69.00 will be subject to applicable shipping and handling fees.

Order Details

  • Orders made on weekends and specific holidays will be processed on the following business day. However, please be aware that during peak periods of high volume, there may be potential delays in processing.
  • Kindly note that for larger orders or any special requests, there might be a need for extra preparation and shipping time. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
  • For orders amounting to $69 or more, shipping is completely free of charge.
  • To safeguard your privacy, we meticulously package all orders in plain brown boxes or bubble envelopes. The parcel and shipping label will not reference LUBFUN, ensuring complete confidentiality during the delivery process.

Sold Out Merchandise

At LUBFUN, we do our utmost to ensure product availability; however, on rare occasions, items may unexpectedly become out of stock and cannot be shipped with your order. In the event of such a situation, we will promptly contact you via email to apprise you of the circumstances.
To address this issue, we offer two options: you can request a substitution for the unavailable item, or we will issue a refund for the missing product. In order to facilitate timely processing, we kindly request your response within 48 hours.
Please be advised that LUBFUN cannot be held responsible for any additional discounts, reparations, or issues related to out-of-stock items. Furthermore, we cannot be held accountable if you do not receive notification due to factors beyond our control.
It is important to note that availability may vary between our online store and physical locations. As part of our operational flexibility, we reserve the right to modify our merchandise offerings, both in-store and online, at any time. Additionally, we may alter the contents, features, and offerings of our website at our discretion without prior notice.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

If your order is returned to our warehouse after a delivery attempt, we will confirm your shipping address. After verification, we will re-ship the order. If delivery fails again and the order is returned once more, we will cancel the order, and a refund will be issued to your credit card. The refund will deduct the shipping cost for the second delivery attempt and a $15.00 restocking fee.

Order Tracking

Upon the shipment of your order, you will receive an email notification from Canada Post, which will include a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package online.

Upon placing an order, customers can expect to receive a tracking number within a time frame of 3-4 hours. Our diligent staff will promptly fulfill and package the order during this period. It is important to note that orders placed on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once the package has been collected by Canada Post, it typically takes approximately 24 hours for Canada Post to process it. Order Cancellations

LUBFUN ensures same- business day order fulfillment to provide customers with a speedy order processing experience. Additionally, we aim to offer a degree of flexibility when it comes to order cancellations. Therefore, we allow customers to cancel their orders within a 3-hour window from the time of placement without incurring any penalties.

To initiate a cancellation, please send an email to info@lubfun.com with your order ID#, full name, and total purchase amount. We will process your refund once we receive the request within the specified timeline. In order to cancel an order, please contact us with your order details.

Please be aware that once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Taxes

Taxes will be added to your order total and displayed separately for your information. The applicable tax rates will be based on your province.

Packaging

Customers may come across packaging discrepancies for specific products, attributed to the manufacturer's recent updates in packaging design. It is important to note, however, that the intrinsic qualities of the products remain unaltered from their prior iterations.
